Refund Policy
For a refund, you are required to provide the following:

- 2Amount
- 3Quantity
- 4Full Address
- 5Bank details
- 6Uploaded pictures of the book
Return Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to all books sold on LAWTONBENTILBOOKS.COM.
An item may be eligible for return if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Wrong book
- Wrong quantity
- Quality – damaged product / Defective
- Chapters not properly arranged or cover altered
- Customer change of mind
- Product is different from what was ordered
Return Conditions & Timeline
Important Timeline
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center.
- You have 7 calendar days to notify us that you want to return your product after its reception.
- For defective items, you have 7 days to return your product. After this period, we do not accept returns.
- For all approved return applications, customer needs to return the products to the nearest Post office within 7 days.
- We will arrange at a fee a pick-up at your convenience within 48 hours after you submit the return request.
- We only support return & replacement application. Refund service is available only for items specially marked as supporting refund.
- We will keep you updated by email and SMS about the status of your return.
